PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA – Beth Cohan has been promoted to Chief Legal Officer of Noble Properties.

Beth Cohan has been affiliated with Noble Properties for nearly 10 years. She oversees all legal matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing. Beth and her staff of four have closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions over the past 10 years including five shopping centers and two single tenant deals in the past 10 months. Beth brings thirty years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney. Beth is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Noble Properties is a privately held South Florida based real estate management and investment firm with shopping centers in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi and Tennessee. Noble also owns a sizable portfolio of single tenant properties in 23 states.  Noble is actively seeking shopping centers throughout Florida, Chicago, Atlanta, Memphis, Dallas and Houston.  They also continue to acquire single tenant deals both with investment grade and non-investment grade tenants. The geographic focus for the single tenant portfolio is throughout the nation.

Noble buys properties all cash and never has a financing contingency. Noble is a no-nonsense buyer and has a strong track record of always closing deals they put under contract. With the financing markets in turmoil because of the dramatic increase in interest rates, there are few buyers that have the ability to close on a deal without financing and with no financing contingency. Only those with Noble’s financial wherewithal can actually deliver a closed sale.
