Barnes & Noble is privately owned by Elliott Management since 2019, with nearly 600 stores located throughout the United States and is actively expanding their retail presence. The company is actively attracting customers back to their retail stores by offering a fresh new look along with cafés and coffee shops to keep people in their stores.
